Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Request Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all included materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Exchanges
